Things to Know

HOUSE RULES

Check-in after 2:00 pm.

Checkout before 10:00 am.

6 guests maximum.

No Pets.

No excessive noise.

Please ensure all lights & power appliances are turned off after use.

All rubbish to be placed in refuse bins provided. 

No Events Allowed.

Smoking is not permitted.

Please keep water short, as we have tank water only.

Additional rules

The property is a small working farm set amongst beautiful vineyards.. For your own safety, please do not enter animal enclosures without the host there. Whilst the mini sheep & goats “Baz ”& “Gaz “ , mini bull “Dozer “, Alpacas “Cherry”, “ Autumn “ ,”Tom“, ”Gerry”& chickens & peacocks are quite friendly, we do have a Ram called “Rambo“ who literally loves to head butt people at times when hungry, even more reason to not enter the animal enclosures without the host there. We ask that you be careful what is fed to the animals , small bags of special treats & carrots specifically for the animals will be available for guests to hand feed through the fence. We ask that no items be thrown at the animals & that they not be chased.


We further request that guests not enter the farm sheds or the guest wing under renovation on the property for everyone’s safety sake.


Because there are a dam very close to the homestead on the property due to possible risk we ask that children are strictly supervised at all times.
